First Class - What to expect?
Expect to sweat, shake a lot, and most importantly, have fun! The Kore Kollective method offers a comprehensive full-body workout in just 40 minutes! It combines high-intensity and low-impact exercises, making it accessible and effective for all fitness levels and body types. You'll leave the studio feeling accomplished and energized, but don't be fooled - this workout is designed to be both challenging and humbling!

What should I bring?
Bring a water bottle (no glass/cups, please) with a lid and a small sweat towel. If you forget yours, we do sell bottled water. Don’t forget your grip socks! They’ll help you hold those tough positions and keeps the germs away. We have storage cubbies for all your personal belongs. We also encourage you to keep your cell phone away.

What should I wear to class?
Please wear comfortable clothes that you’re able to move easily in. Grip socks are required while on the X-former. If you don’t have one, don't you worry as we sell super rad ones at the studio. We also encourage our clients to leave their jewelry with their belongings to avoid tears to the machine.

How early should I arrive to class?
Please arrive at least 10-minutes prior to your first class so we have enought time for your orientation. If you arrive late for your first class (less than 5 minutes prior to the class starting at instructor discretion), we reserve the right to reschedule you for another time/date. This is for your safety because we want you to be get familiar with the machine and have the best experiene at Kore Kollective.

How many times a week should I workout?
Kore Kollective's Slow Resistance Training is designed to fatigue your muscles so that you receive the maximum results. For this reason, it is extremely important for your body to recover. Our bodies are different and recover at a different pace depending on your fitness level. We recommend taking class 3-4 times a week and a minimym of twice a week. However, some clients love the workout so much they come 5 times a week. Keep in mind that the most important thing is to listen to your body and let your muscles rebuild so you can see the amazing changes.

Do I need to take a beginner class?
It is up to you. Most of our classes are mixed level. Our instructors are trained to provide options to all fitness levels within our classes. However, it's very helpful to take our beginner class so you can get familiar with the machine, our method, and the studio.

What if I'm late to class?
If class is waitlisted and clients are waiting to join, your spot may be given away after two minutes of class if you are not physically present. Please do your best to arrive on time. *NEW clients must arrive 10 min early.

Can I do the workout if Im pregnant?
Absolutely! At Kore Kollective, we have modifications for pregnancy. However, we recommend you getting cleared by your Doctor first and listen to your body and do what feels safe.

Can I do the workout if I have any injuries?
We recommend consulting your physician if you have any serious injuries before your first workout. Our instructors are trained to offer modifications and make the workout accessible, so please inform them of any issues you may have.

Do you have shower or lockers?
We don't have showers or lockers, but we do have two bathrooms and provide basic hygiene products so you can leave feeling refreshed. You will also have cubbies to store your belongings.

Where should I park?
Parking is available throughout the property. However, we recommend you park behind the building for easier access to the studio.

Can I take classes with ClassPass?
Yes, you can. However, when you book through any third party platforms, you MUST schedule, reschedule, cancel, switch and/or rebook through the original third party platform — ClassPass. We are unable to change or alter your reservation with any fees that are incurred due to late cancellations or no show fees charged by the third party. *Please contact your original booking platform for any scheduling/fee requests.
