How to Prep

  • Arrive 10 Minutes Early – Say hello to your instructor, get comfy with the Xformer machine, and take a look around the studio. It’ll help you feel right at home!

  • Share Any Injuries – Got a past injury or something acting up? No worries, just let your instructor know. They’ll tweak the moves for you so you stay strong (and safe).

  • Come Prepared – Bring water to stay hydrated, a towel if you’re the sweaty type, and your best “ready to crush” attitude!

  • Grip Socks are a Must – If you forget, no biggie—grab a pair from the studio before class starts. Safety first!

  • No experience needed – just show up and we’ll take care of the rest!

  • Disconnect to Reconnect – Please leave your phone in the cubbies to fully immerse yourself in your workout.

    Have fun and remember—it’s all about progress, not perfection! You got this!

During Class

  • Mixed-Level Friendly – No matter where you’re at in your Pilates journey, these classes have your back! With modifications and progressions, there’s always a challenge that’s just right for you.

  • Focus on Form & Alignment – It’s all about doing it right! Instructors will help you nail your form to make each move more effective and keep you injury-free.

  • Mind, Body, and Breath Connection – Get ready to breathe deeply and move with intention. Connecting your breath to your movements will take your practice to the next level!

  • Hands-On Adjustments (Optional) – Want a little extra help? Instructors might give you some gentle adjustments to fine-tune your posture and technique (only if you’re cool with it!).

  • Recording During Class? – Approval by instructor is required. Please keep your phone stationary, and ensure no other clients are in your frame to respect their privacy.

Recovery

  • Stretch It Out – Give your muscles some love with gentle stretches. Focus on your legs and back to release any tension.

  • Hydrate Like a Boss – Drink up, flush out toxins, and keep those muscles happy. Bonus: Electrolytes for that extra boost!

  • Rest & Relax – Take it easy! Your muscles are doing their thing and need some rest. Treat yourself to a cozy nap or just chill with a good book.

  • Foam Roll or Massage – If you're feeling a little sore, a foam roller can work wonders on tight spots. Or, go for a soothing massage to speed up recovery.

  • Move Gently the Next Day – Light movement, like a short walk or yoga, can help prevent stiffness.
