We get it—life happens! If you need to cancel your class, please do so at least 8 hours before class starts to avoid a fee.
Late Cancellations (within 5 hours of class time) will result in a $15 charge, whether you're on an unlimited membership, class pack, or drop-in.
Class Credit Retention – If you booked using a class pack or drop-in, you’ll keep your class credit to use another time.

No shows will incur a $30 fee.
Why you ask? With limited machines, we want to guarantee that anyone planning on taking class, can take class! These policies are in place to make things fair for EVERYONE! To ensure the safety of our clients, you need to arrive prior to class time if you are new to Kore Kollective as late entry will not be permitted. We require that all new clients receive a proper introduction to the instructor and the machine, so we suggest arriving 10 minutes before class begins. Thank you in advance for understanding!
If you are not a new client, it is recommended that you arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of class. However, we understand that life happens! In the case that you arrive late for class, your spot may be given to a walk-in client.

All class packages have an expiration of 3-6 months depending on the credit package purchased. You must activate your package series by taking class within 6 months from purchase to avoid losing the classes.

We do not offer refunds or extensions on any class credits, or merchandise. Refunds may be considered in cases of serious medical conditions with proper documentation. Class credits, credit packages, and membership packages are non-refundable. For example, if you have purchased 3 months unlimited, you are contracted to pay for the full 3 months

Please send a written email to Kore Kollective to cancel your membership. Notice of cancellation of membership must be provided 30 days in advance of your next billing cycle. Your contract term must be finished, or there will be a $50 penalty fee.

We know plans change, and sometimes a spot opens up in a full class—good news for you! Our waitlist system ensures everyone gets a fair shot at snagging a last-minute opening. Here’s how it works:
- If you're waitlisted for a class, the system will automatically add you to the class if a spot becomes available. Be sure to monitor your status regularly for updates.
- Your waitlist position is visible in your account, and we may adjust the order if needed.
Waitlist Notification Hours:
- To keep things convenient, we send waitlist notifications between 5 AM and 11 PM—no late-night messages!
- If a spot opens outside this window, no automatic notifications will be sent, but we can still manually book clients from the waitlist.
If you don’t confirm in time, no worries—the system keeps moving down the list until the spot is filled. If you miss out, you’re always welcome to join another waitlist.

For sanitary and safety reasons, socks with grips are required and are available for purchase. There are NO exceptions to this rule.
